MIRATI is a brand of natural cosmetic products from Slovenia.
What are MIRATI cosmetics made of?
MIRATI cosmetics are made from natural ingredients and essential oils. Our products do not contain any parabens, phthalates, SLS or synthetic fragrances.
What is ghee?
Ghee is clarified butter. It is made by heating butter and separating it into three layers – water, butter and solids (such as lactose). Water and solids are then removed and what is left is Ghee purified butter.
Are MIRATI products natural?
Yes, all our ingredients are of natural origin. Some of the most important ingredients are made by certified organic farming.
Which type of skin is MIRATI Cosmetics best suited for?
MIRATI Cosmetics are great for hydrating your skin. We recommend using MIRATI for moisturizing and protecting your skin.

Why was my order payment rejected?
Please check if all payment details you have filled out are correct. Otherwise, in most cases there is a problem with your credit card or online payment provider. If the problem persists, please contact us.
Item is out of stock. When can I order?
If the item is not in stock, we are working hard to making it available again. Check back after a few days, or send us an email and we will let you know as soon as it is available.
How do I use my promotional code?
In your shopping cart, during the checkout process, enter the promotional code in the "Voucher" space provided. You order value will be recalculated based on your voucher value.
I forgot my password, what to do?
Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page (or on the top right corner of every page), enter the email address you have used to register and click “Retrieve Password”. We will send a new password to the email you indicated.
Can I order over the phone or email?
Yes you can send us an email to place an order. We will calculate your shipping charges and request you to transfer the appropriate payment to our account. Once the payment is received, we will send you your order. Unfortunately ordering by phone is not possible.
What are the payment options?
There are three payment options:
- Cash on Delivery - available for deliveries only within Slovenia.
- Credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed on the same day or within 1 working day.
To Slovenia orders are delivered usually the next working day.
To EU and European Area orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks.
To the rest of the world delivery takes about 1-3 weeks.

What does it mean to send as a gift?
Your order will be sent to another address than the billing address.

Slovenia: always FREE.
EU & EUROPEAN AREA: Always FREE.
REST OF THE WORLD:
10 EUR for orders below 60 EUR

I have alrady ordered. Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us. If the order has not been sent yet, usually we can change the address.
Can I track my delivery?
If the tracking option is enabled, you will receive a tracking number by email when your order is sent.
My package came damaged, can I return it?
We apologize and regret to hear that your products came damaged. Please contact us and send us a picture of the products and parcel to evaluate. We will also provide you with instructions on how to return the package.
I don’t like MIRATI products, can I return them?
We regret to hear that. Please contact us to tell what you did not like about the product. Your feedback is extremely valuable. You have 14 days to return unused MIRATI cosmetics and receive your money back.
